Again, Pakboat kayaks proved worthy and convenient on our Bar Harbor, Maine trip. Imagine carrying 2 kayaks, 2 bicycles, plus our bags within the confines of a Ford Escort. We had a great time, paddled for miles in the open water (now I understand the desire for open water that you and Ralph prefer). The bald eagle sighting during our paddling around the north part of Mount Desert Island was a treat but the photos were out of focus. A shot of an osprey will do, though.
